What we use now
We do not use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels. Social media links open those services only if you choose to follow them. Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics in the cookie choices.
The site uses a small browser storage entry named brl_cookie_choice_v1 to remember your cookie choice for up to 90 days. It stores your choice and the date you made it. It is not used to track your browsing.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits and successful website enquiries. It may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, generally for up to two years. We send page paths and a successful-enquiry event without the name, email, phone number or message from the form. If you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Spam protection on the enquiry form
When online enquiries are enabled, the contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission is likely to come from a person. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser and connection and may use temporary browser storage to carry out this security check. The form sends a short verification token to our server when you submit it. We use this only to protect the enquiry service from automated misuse.
Hosting and security
Our hosting provider may use technical storage needed to deliver or protect the website. The exact cookie names can vary by hosting environment. We will review the cookies and storage used on the final live host before launch and update this page with any additional details.
How to control storage
You can remove existing cookies and site storage using your browser settings. If you clear the notice preference, the information notice may appear again. The enquiry form needs its security check to accept a submission; you can contact us by email instead.
