RQC Group needed one reliable way to find, answer and reuse knowledge that had built up across years of work.
Years of source material were held in different places and formats, with links, attachments and complex content. Finding the right information and turning previous answers into something the wider team could reuse took too much effort.
We reviewed the existing data in depth, then developed custom scripts to reshape years of material into a structured solution. We built an app on top of that foundation to run the process: people can log a query, find relevant results automatically, or circulate it to the wider team for a response. Agreed answers are saved for future reuse.
The app now gives RQC Group a consistent way to manage queries and share agreed knowledge. Its team can build on previous answers instead of repeatedly starting from scratch. In Catherine Ruberry’s words, the tools help optimise working time and provide better value to clients.
